The Public Works Stormwater Drainage division's goal is to create effective stormwater drainage infrastructure throughout the City to meet the needs of the citizens and businesses of Port Arthur with continuing efforts to provide regular maintenance to ditches, culverts, manholes, street cleaning of those streets with curbs and gutters and herbicide treatment.
