PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: Colonial Pipeline Operating Permit

Colonial Pipeline Company has recently had its Federal Operating Permit (all copies attached) for its Port Arthur Products Station approved by the Texas Commission for Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Per TCEQ’s requirements the permit must be made available for public review & comment at one of the following approved locations, Public Library, County Courthouse, or City Hall. Due to the closure of all public locations to flatten the curve of COVID-19, the permit is on the City of Port Arthur’s website under the Legal & Public Notices section.
