CITY OF PORT ARTHUR ANNUAL PLAN PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Port Arthur has scheduled an Annual Plan public meeting as required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development for receipt of federal funds for housing and community development activities. Port Arthur seeks to receive public input on fair housing issues and inform the public about the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs. We invite you to attend and share your views on community needs and priorities.
