The City of Port Arthur Health Department is reporting positive COVID cases for the City of Port Arthur and Mid County cities for March 31, 2021. The COVID Vaccination clinic at the Bob Bowers Civic Center will remain open until 7:00 PM for working individuals on tonight, Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Today March 31, 2021, the City of Port Arthur Health Department is reporting COVID-19 positive individuals for Port Arthur, Groves, Nederland, and Port Neches. There are confirmations of ten (10) for Port Arthur; five (5) for Groves; seven (7) for Nederland and three (3) for Port Neches. The total number of positive COVID-19 cases reported is twenty-five (25).
