The City of Port Arthur is sponsoring a Holiday Downtown Celebration on December 11, 2021, beginning at 12:00 PM at the Ernest Simpson, Jr. Downtown Pavilion, 500 Procter Street! All rides are free to attendees. 

The Museum of the Gulf Coast has festivities from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM!
