General Land Office (GLO) -The City of Port Arthur is pleased to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Renaissance at Lakeshore Apartments. This complex will be built using $18M in grant funding from the Texas General Land Office. This complex puts the City of Port Arthur on the continued path to revitalization from Harvey. We look forward to more projects like these coming to the city. 

Port Arthur City Administration and City Council joined the National Development Council ( NDC) and Community Development Properties, Port Arthur, Inc. (CDP Port Arthur) in a groundbreaking ceremony for the beginning of development of a108-unit Workforce Housing Project In Downtown PA. The developers plan to name the complex, "The Renaissance at Lakeshore". Stay tuned...
