The City of Port Arthur Public Works Solid Waste crews will pick up unfinished stops for Thursday's garbage route on Sunday, December 5.
Unfinished Routes:

| West Port Arthur Road to Hazel Avenue |
| From Highway 365 to Highway 73 |
| Sabine Pass |
