PM Construction has begun work on the easement around Jade Avenue in the Port Acres area. Workers have fused the pipe for repair and are in the process of moving the fused pipe across the street to start pipe bursting.  Please be aware that the traffic will be down to one lane with flagmen to direct traffic.  School officials will work with the Port Arthur Independent School District buses and parents picking up their children from Stephen F.
