HAPPY HOLIDAYS

In observance of the Holiday Season, the City of Port Arthur will be closed on Friday, December 24, and on Monday, December 27, 2021. Emergency, Fire, and Police Services will remain accessible to the public. Happy Holidays, Port Arthur!
