Beginning January 14, 2019, the City of Port Arthur Utility Operations/Water Distribution Division will begin replacing a damaged/broken water line. During this project, City residents in the 9th Avenue to 11th Avenue blocks between 29th Street and 30th Street may experience interruption in water service.
