The City of Port Arthur’s Public Works Department – Solid Waste Division will continue residential garbage collection for Monday's pickup on Tuesday morning, January 4, 2021.
Monday's routes for completion:
| 1) Memorial to Shreveport Avenue and Gulfway Drive to 19th Street |
| 2) Stillwell Blvd to Shreveport Avenue and Gulfway Drive to Lakeshore Drive |
| 3) Stillwell Blvd to Richmond Avenue and Gulfway Drive to 7th Street |
| 4) Richmond Avenue to Memorial Blvd and Gulfway Drive to 7th Street |
| 5) Memorial Blvd to 4th Avenue and Catalina Drive to 7th Street |
| 6) Stillwell Blvd to Memorial Blvd and 7th Street to Lakeshore Drive |
