Entergy has a planned outage for tomorrow, Wednesday, January 12th, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Citizens can view a map of the locations that will experience the outage at this link.

Entergy will also notify affected customers via its alert notification system. Customers can also visit Entergy’s website at  www.entergytexas.com/outagemap or call its customer service number at 1-800-ENTERGY.

Scheduled outages

We sometimes interrupt power to customers to perform scheduled maintenance on our system, put new infrastructure into service or complete large repairs. We make every effort to notify customers of planned outages before they occur.
