The City of Port Arthur’s Public Works Department – Solid Waste Division will complete residential garbage collection for Thursday's regular routes on Wednesday, January 12th. Crews have from Stillwell Boulevard to Shreveport Avenue; from 19th Street to Lakeshore Drive; Sabine Pass, Pleasure Island, and West side Port Arthur left on Thursday's routes. Monday routes will begin after completion of these areas.
