The City of Port Arthur’s Public Works Department – Solid Waste Division will complete residential garbage collection for Monday's regular routes on January 13th. Crews have from Stillwell Boulevard to Shreveport Avenue; and from Stillwell Boulevard to Richmond Avenue; and Thomas Boulevard to Procter Street to complete all of Monday's routes. Tuesday's routes will begin tomorrow upon completion of Monday's routes.
