From January 19, 2022, the City of Port Arthur Health Department is reporting COVID-19 positive individuals for Port Arthur, Groves, Nederland, and Port Neches. There are confirmations of Seventy-Eight (78) for Port Arthur; Nineteen (19) for Groves; Twenty-Eight (28) for Nederland, and Seventeen (17) for Port Neches. The total number of positive COVID-19 cases reported is One Hundred Forty-Two (142).

Who Qualifies for Monoclonal Antibody Therapy?
Monoclonal antibody therapy is available for children, aged 12 years or older that weigh at least 88 lbs (40 kg), and adults who:
- Have tested positive for COVID-19, and
- Have mild to moderate symptoms of the disease for 10 days or less, and
- Are at high risk of becoming seriously ill.
