[ARCHIVED] GLO Set to Allocate $100 Million to Homeowner Reimbursement Program

The General Land Office has allocated $100 million in CDBG-DR funds to reimburse homeowners for up to $50,000 in out of pocket expenses to repair their Hurricane Harvey-damaged homes. There is no income requirement for this program; however, low to moderate income households will receive application priority for the first 30 days, when the application period begins.

Applications are expected to be available soon, so eligible citizens are encouraged to prepare the required documentation and monitor the GLO Recovery website at http://recovery.texas.gov/individuals/programs/homeowner-reimbursement/index.html and the city’s website, for the start date of the application process, as well as for additional information.

Please refer to the attached flyer for program requirements and eligibility: UPCOMING GLO Homeowner Reimbursement Program
