Please join the City of Port Arthur Health Department in its 3rd Annual Community Health Fair scheduled for April 13, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon, at the Port Arthur Recreation and Senior Center facility, located at 1308 9th Avenue. Health workers will offer free testing and assessments, and even recommend referrals for health care, if necessary.
