The City of Port Arthur needs your input, so join us to share your ideas about progress in our City. As we recover from the devastation from Hurricane Harvey, the City of Port Arthur wants citizen input in determining the housing and community development needs of our community. Citizens will have the opportunity to present ideas in a public forum on April 11, 2019, at the City Hall Building, 444 4th Street, in the Fifth Floor Council Chamber.
