The Press Club of Southeast Texas nominated Port Arthur Health Director, Judith Smith, along with 4 others for the Newsmaker of the Year Award! Beaumont Mayor Robin Mouton won the Newsmaker of the Year Award for 2022. Judith Smith was honored to be among the finalists, which included David Green, Jr., Georgine Guillory, and Jaime R.
