Positive Cases August 11, 2022 - The City of Port Arthur Health Department reports COVID-19 positive cases for Port Arthur, Groves, Nederland, and Port Neches. There are eleven cases for Port Arthur, three cases for Groves,  seven cases for Nederland, and two cases for Port Neches. The Health Department is reporting twenty-three  COVID-19 positive cases for August 11, 2022.
