Port Arthur citizen, Laura Casmore, Quilt Artist, will present a quilt show of African American Vintage quilts as part of completion of her Texas Folklife Fellowship achievement. This show will be held at the Texas Artists Museum, 3501 Cultural Center Drive this Saturday, September 17th, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
