Port Arthur, Texas, August 01, 2017 - Port Arthur Police Officers were dispatched to the address above on July 31, 2017, in response to a shooting. The investigation revealed that a 16 year-old sustained a gunshot wound to the shoulder. The juvenile was transported to St. Elizabeth's Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  

The incident remains under investigation.
