The City of Port Arthur, in conjunction with recoverytexas.gov, will sponsor an application intake event for all Port Arthur residents who suffered damages and may be seeking assistance with rehabilitation, or renovation. Citizens may submit application beginning on Saturday, June 1, 2019, from 9 AM until 4 PM, at the Port Arthur Economic Development Center, 501 Procter Street, Port Arthur, TX 77640.
