The City of Port Arthur will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2023, in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday and Day of Service. 

Many supporters will join in the celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s contribution to equality in the lives of all the nation's citizens at the Port Arthur Bob Bowers Civic Center, 3401 Cultural Center Drive, beginning at 10:00 AM.
