Message from the PAPL Director:

"It is my pleasure to announce that the Port Arthur Public Library has partnered up with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance/Tax Counseling for the Elderly (VITA/TCE).

The VITA/TCE Program will offer free tax-preparing services to help low, to moderate-income people, who cannot prepare their tax returns, including the elderly, the disabled, and, those having limited English proficiency.

These free tax preparation services will start Saturday, February 11^th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and continue every Saturday until April 15^th, excluding Easter weekend, April 8^th.
