The Port Arthur Parks and Recreation Department invites citizens to participate in developing the city's Master Plan. You can help make decisions by answering the survey below:
| The City of Port Arthur is currently developing a Parks and Recreation Master Plan. This plan will provide guidance for both short- and long-term planning for the Parks and Recreation Department by integrating community input and recreation planning standards. Your input is the most important part of this planning process. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey and help strengthen our community with high-quality recreational programs, safe, fun, and accessible parks, and state-of-the-art facilities that create memorable life experiences.
