Homeowner Assistance Program Application Intake Event for August

HAP Representatives will be available to help homeowners complete an application and answer any questions at the EDC Building on Procter Street as a special event on Saturday, August 3, 2019, from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Applications may take approximately 30 minutes to complete, and homeowners are encouraged to review the Homeowner Assistance Program Checklist found at  prior to attending.
