Port Arthur City Manager Ron Burton explained that Port Arthur wants "a seat at the table" in the Energy Justice to the People Roadshow hosted at LSCPA. Mayor Pro Tem Hamilton and Councilman Frank, on behalf of Mayor Bartie, presented Proclamations declaring June 13th as "Energy Justice Day" in Port Arthur as well as keys to the city to Secretary Jennifer Granholm and Director Shalanda Baker of the U. S. Department of Energy.
