If you and your family have been waiting for the chance to get to the beach without a lot of traveling, the City of Port Arthur and the Sabine Pass Port Authority are requesting community input for attaining a grant for the Sabine Pass area through the US Department of Transportation (DOT) - Promoting Resilient Operations for Transformative, Efficient, and Cost-saving Transportation Program (PROTECT) funding applications for Jetty Road and Beach Road.
