From August 12 - August 21, the City of Port Arthur Health Department is reporting 30 COVID-19-positive cases for Port Arthur, Groves, Nederland, and Port Neches. The Vaccination Clinic is open at the Texas Artists Museum, located at 3501 Cultural Center Drive, Port Arthur, TX, right across from the Civic Center. The clinic is open daily, from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM, for your convenience.
