The Mayor and Council of the City of Port Arthur are hosting an empowerment seminar for Port Arthur High School students. Due to the recent Tropical Storm Imelda event, however, the date has changed. This personal empowerment workshop will offer students practical and meaningful ways to go into young adulthood with some valuable tools for life and for future planning.
