Port Arthur's Parks and Recreation Department invites our young citizens, kindergarten through 3rd graders, to come out and join the City Council in decorating pumpkins! This fun event will take place at the Amos Evans Building, 1308-B 9th Avenue, on October 26, 2019, from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM. There will be games, food, and lots of fun!
