This year the Port Arthur Public Library is presenting a reading of The Polar Express in keeping with the holiday season! Please join the Children's Library for this special story time designed especially for toddlers and Pre-K citizens. The Lincoln Middle School Choir will provide musical entertainment for all to enjoy.
