The City of Port Arthur Parks & Recreation Department has opened its doors to Zumba! Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning February 1, 2020, from 6 PM--7 PM. Sessions are only $2.50, and free sessions are available. Dance and move your way into fitness with Zumba at the Rec! 1308B 9th Avenue, Port Arthur, TX 77642, (409) 983-8154.
