Port Arthur Mayor, Thurman Bartie, has signed an Amended Declaration of Public Health Emergency for residents and businesses, effective immediately, signed April 3, 2020. In the Order, Mayor Bartie is urging all residents to please adhere to the STAY HOME-WORK SAFE guidelines. It is important to the health and wellness of all citizens.
