Census 2020 and COVID-19: Determining the effects

Right in the middle of one of the most historic population counts in the nation’s history—the 2020 Census—our world is overwhelmed by a deadly pandemic—COVID-19. It is ironic that we have faced many firsts in the last five years, and perhaps before those years ago. However, the Census is an important part of the nation’s history, and especially at this moment in time, important to the future of Port Arthur.
