PUBLIC HEALTH NOTICE FROM THE PORT ARTHUR HEALTH DEPARTMENT 

The Port Arthur Health Department has partnered with Riceland HealthCare to provide COVID-19 test for individuals who want to be tested. Testing will take place on 3 separate days-June 3rd, June 9th, and June 11th- for individuals who wish to be screened for the COVID-19 disease. Those interested must call (409) 983-8800 to register between the hours of 8:00 AM--5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. 

In this effort, participants should follow these guidelines:

• Please bring insurance documentation. Please note that if an individual does not have insurance, he, or she will still be eligible for testing. Representatives will give specific details upon registering for testing.
• All persons must call (409) 983-8800 to be scheduled for testing. Every effort will be made to accommodate the best time and day for each individual.
