REMINDER

PUBLIC HEALTH NOTICE FROM THE PORT ARTHUR HEALTH DEPARTMENT 

The Port Arthur Health Department has partnered with Riceland HealthCare to provide COVID-19 test for individuals who want to be tested. Testing will take place on tomorrow, June 9th, at the Westside Development Center, 601 W. Ransom Howard Drive (7th Street), and again on Thursday, June 11th, at the Port Arthur Civic Center- for individuals who wish to be screened for the COVID-19 disease. Those interested must call (409) 983-8800 to register between the hours of 8:00 AM--5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. 

In this effort, participants should follow these guidelines:

  • Please bring insurance documentation. Please note that if an individual does not have insurance, he, or she is still eligible for testing. Representatives will give specific details upon registering for testing. 
  • All persons must call (409) 983-8800 to be scheduled for testing. Every effort will be made to accommodate the best time and day for each individual.
