Port Arthur Health Department Chief Sanitarian has issued the guidance for the safe handling of food for all food service establishments, (especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic). With an increase in people selling food from their homes over the last few weeks, these guidelines and permit requirements are mandated for Permanent Establishments, Mobile Food Units, and Temporary Food Establishments, as established by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services.
