PSA: UPDATE!- PA City Manager Lifts Public Access Restrictions For Some Water Utility Customers

Click2Gov

The City of Port Arthur has lifted the Public Access restrictions enforced in late March, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, only for Customers needing to pay delinquent water utility services. The current guidelines for restricted access to City Hall are still in effect, so customers will not be able to enter into the main building; however, the Water Utilities Office will be open to allow two (2) customers at a time to go into the Annex Building to handle all billing and collections matters beginning July 8, 2020.

Administrators encourage all water customers to call, or come in, to discuss any delinquency issues as soon as possible because the "No cut-off" policy ends on July 8, 2020, at 8:00 AM. As a courtesy, please contact the water utility Billing and Collections Division at (409) 983-8230 to make arrangements for paying outstanding balances.
