Seawall Closed for Testing

Port Arthur Public Works has been notified that Drainage District 7 (DD7) will suspend all thru traffic from the Seawall beginning Thursday, September 17, 2020, and lasting through September 28, 2020, however, patrons may still enjoy their daily walking/exercising routines. Public Works Management will notify everyone as soon as we are able to allow traffic to resume on Seawall Drive.
