PUBLIC SERVICE EVENT-TIRE COLLECTION

10:00 AM- The City of Port Arthur is planning a tire collection service for residents beginning Monday, November 2, 2020, until Saturday, November 7, 2020, sponsored by SETX Resource Conservation & Development and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The collections will be at two different locations:
