Please read the following report from the Port Arthur and Jefferson County Health Departments regarding the reports of positive COVID-19 cases in Port Arthur and Mid County, Texas, as of October 13, 2020.

NOTICE FROM THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR HEALTH DEPARTMENT

Today, October 13, 2020, the City of Port Arthur and Jefferson County Health Departments are reporting additional COVID-19 positive individuals for Port Arthur, Groves, Port Neches and Nederland.  There are confirmations of eight (8) for Port Arthur; seven (7) for Groves; eight (8) for  Nederland; six (6) for Port Neches; and one (1) Sabine Pass (SabineP).
