Traffic Alert: Mont Belvieu - IH 10 Weekend Impact -October 24 & 25

10:00 am- Do you frequently travel to Houston and other western destinations, like San Antonio, or Austin? TXDOT has a project which may make a difference in your travel plans, especially if you use Interstate 10. The Texas Department of Transportation is entering a new phase of the Grand Parkway Infrastructure Project this weekend, which deals with a new bridge structure for SH 99. 

The details and the diagram of detours and traffic flow are shown below:

 

IH 10 Main Lane & Frontage Road Impacts

Saturday, October 24 & Sunday October 25

 

In late August and mid-September, the Grand Parkway Infrastructure team successfully set bridge beams for the new SH 99 bridge that will travel over IH 10 frontage roads and main lanes in Mont Belvieu. Over the past few weeks, our team has been preparing for another critical activity, pouring concrete on the bridge deck. This activity is scheduled to impact IH 10 main lanes and frontage roads this coming Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25. Below you will find details regarding this weekend’s impact.
