Port Arthur Grants Management-Five-Day Public Comment on Amendment

The City of Port Arthur Grants Management Division has scheduled a 5-day public comment period, being held from October 31, 2020, to November 6, 2020, to allow the public and other interested parties to comment on a second substantial amendment to the 2020 Annual Action Plan for The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act for funding that will be received for Community Development Block Grant-Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under the CARES Act. 

The public is invited to review the draft amendment, attached below, and submit written comment to the Grants Management Administrator by 5:00 PM on November 6, 2020.
