Port Arthur responded online, by mail, by phone, and even gave your information when there was no internet, smart phone, or computer to be found. You met us at the Downtown Pavilion, at your apartment complex, at food drives, sponsored by Empowerment Church, Iglesia Bethel; and you answered your phones and doors when the Census Bureau started calling.

So, a heartfelt Thank You!! goes out to Port Arthurans. Please celebrate Port Arthur's Census 2020 Response with us and come out to the Empowerment Church, 3600 Memorial Boulevard to pick up a small token of thanks from the Port Arthur CCC, on November 6, 2020, beginning at 11:00 AM.
