Resolution for Customers Receiving Unusual High Water Bills

The Water Utilities Customer Service/Water Billing Division is experiencing high call volumes from customers with high water bills. As the division is restructuring the Billing System, staff is discovering meters that are transmitting zero (0) consumption reads to the billing system; some go as far back as several months.

Customers receiving high water bills should call the City at one of the numbers listed below (or visit Customer Service at City Hall) and we will respond as soon as possible; staffing has been increased to handle the additional calls in a timely manner.

The goal is to work with all customers to ensure uninterrupted services. The City understands that this error is not the fault of our customers, and hence, none of these services will be disconnected for prior non-billed usage.
