   This is 2023! Rebuild our roads how it should be done. Hire or contract people who are willing to work and does the job correctly to make your city nice and better than before. I feel for everyone in Port Arthur who has a job and where their taxes from their sweat & energy goes towards. Pay attention to all areas of Port Arthur that needs renewing especially where they are used by the citizens on a daily! Listen to your community!
