The Port Arthur Health Department is accepting applications for Temporary Food and Beverage Permits during the Mardi Gras festivities.All vendors seeking to obtain a Temporary Food and Beverage Permit must apply in person, or by mail, no later than Friday, February 22, 2019, by 5:00 PM.
Late applications will not be accepted!
