Erika J. Flores is a 2001 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School. In 2009 she graduated from the University of Phoenix with an Associates of Arts in Health Care Administration. She has worked for the City of Port Arthur Health Department since 2004.
Erika began working at the Health Department as an Administrative Clerk/Interpreter in the WIC division until 2008. From 2009 to 2014 she worked in the Nurse-Family Partnership Division as the Data Entry Operator and Breastfeeding Educator.
In 2014, she was appointed to the position of Administrative Aide. Erika is also a Texas Notary Public. She assists the Director and Asst. Director in the operations of the Health Department including but not limited to; Accounts, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Payments, Vendor Payments, Supply Orders, Quotes, Permit renewals, State Reimbursements (B-13's and FSR's), Budgets, Contracts, and all other inquiries.
